Der Song stammt von Austra, die Aussage oben von Bandleaderin Katie Stelmanis. Die kommt aus Kanada, lebt in Montreal und auch in Mexiko City und hat sich für ihr neues Album nicht nur von Bands wie Massive Attack, sondern auch vom Leben in diesen beiden Metropolen inspirieren lassen.
Das Album “Future Politics” erscheint am 20. Januar, mit “Utopia” gibt es bereits einen zweiten Song aus diesem zu hören. Und auch der gefällt ziemlich gut und macht Lust. Auf das Album, auf die Show (6. März, Uebel & Gefährlich), auf eine bessere Welt. (mf)
